Payments/Refunds
Orders placed are subject to a 50% deposit being made, of which 25% is none refundable once payment is made. Refunds are available for 30 days from the point of the client receiving the finished documentation/templates.
Full payment is to be made upon the final quality check made by the client, once payment is received documentation will be sent to the client.
Cancellation
Orders placed can be cancelled within 14 days but fall under the 50% deposit being made of which 25% is non refundable. Orders that progress to the development and consultation stage fall into the 30 days refund clause following progressive work between both parties to complete a document the client is satisfied with.

Despatch
Whilst the Company will make every endeavour to comply with any date or dates for despatch or delivery of the goods stated in the contract , such date or dates shall constitute only statements of expectation and shall not be binding on the Company. If the Company fails to despatch or deliver the goods by such date or dates, the failure shall not constitute a breach of contract and the Customer shall not be entitled to treat the contract as therefore repudiated or to rescind it or any related contract in whole or in part or to claim damages for such failure.
Indemnity
The Customer will indemnify the Company against any claim made against the Company in respect of injury to any person or damage to any property arising from any defect in the goods or anything done or omitted to be done in the delivery thereof the customer where such delivery is affected by the company including any such injury or damage caused by the negligence of the company, its employees or agents.
Documents are created and provided to you the client for you to manage and implement, Bespoke Safety UK hold no liability for documents/templates created and used within your business and any subsequent claims or damages. Templates and Documents are created with the information provided by you the client therefore the outcome of the products are subject to you providing all the of the data required.
Returns and Refunds are not something we like to do here at Bespoke Safety UK, we work with our clients in the initial stages to ensure the documents are sufficient and usable with their business. In the event there is an issue with products provided we will work with the client to rectify the issue to enable the documents to be used. However in the event the client is not satisfied we operate a 30 day full refund policy from the date the documents are despatched to the client and acknowledgment made that documents are received, after the 30 day refund date has passed it will be down to the discretion of the business for a refund to be made.
